Craig and Darvin talk Kaiut Yoga and The Aging Mindset
Sometimes we have challenges (like a big, wet snow) to help us gauge how our bodies are handling life. Those of you who have been practicing regularly- take note. How’d you feel? What was your recovery time like? Would you want to shovel your driveway/sidewalk again? Take note of how your body responds in many different situations as this can give you invaluable feedback regarding your progression in the practice.
While it’s true that at some point, the physical body will decline- it’s also true that our mental/emotional perspective on aging has a significant impact on how we age.
Whether we’re 60 years young or 25, time is progressing for all of us.
